where is the city which is in the mountain, the pic after the bridge; there are a lot of houses on the mountian and then the sea or a lake i dont know

I dont think you have any options to submit wallpapers in Bing. Bing team will take care of those things

Do you know where we can find these background pictures? I saw one on there a few weeks ago of several surfers on a HUGE wave that I want to show my boyfriend. How did you obtain these examples? Thanks.
