Exo’s Suho And Rock Band Jannabi To Recreate Songgolmae Songs

Two hit songs by Korean veteran rock band Songgolmae will be recreated by Exo’s Suho and indie rock band Jannabi.

Concert organizer Dream Maker Entertainment announced on Wednesday that “Love All” (1984), a song from Songgolmae’s second album, will be recreated by Suho while Jannabi is remaking “Everything in the World” (1981), the lead track from the the band’s first album. . Songgolmae recently surprised longtime fans by announcing that its former founding members – Bae Cheol-soo and Gu Chang-mo – will be reuniting for a concert tour for the first time in 40 years. They will start in Seoul and stop in several other Korean cities.

The two song remakes will first be played at a press conference for Songgolmae’s upcoming concert at 1:30 p.m. on July 6, which will also be streamed live via Dream Maker Entertainment’s YouTube channel (youtube.com/dreammakerlive1). The songs will be available on various streaming platforms soon after.

The first leg of Songgolmae’s tour will be for two days starting Sept. 11 at the SKPO Dome in Olympic Park, south of Seoul.

Songgolmae was a popular rock band in the 1980s. The group has several hit songs, including “Accidental Encounter” (1982) and “Let’s Gather!” (1990).
